Stand with the downtrodden
We greet all youth with love in the name of Lord Jesus Christ, who judges righteously!

Jesus Christ will be like a shepherd who separates the sheep from the goats. On what basis, and by what metric, will Christ separate humanity? Those who performed acts of love for Jesus during their days on earth will be placed on His right hand. These people will not even remember the things they did for Jesus. They are those who expected nothing in return for their help; they help without anticipating reciprocal favors, acting entirely out of love. Concerning such people, Jesus states in Matthew 25:40: “Assuredly, I say to you, inasmuch as you did it to one of the least of these My brethren, you did it to Me.”

The groups that divide people based on their economy, income, and lifestyle in society are referred to as "classes." This is the very basis on which we tend to categorize the people around us. But Jesus loves all human beings. He loves them as His own brothers and sisters. Throughout scripture, we see Jesus helping those who were cast out and rejected by high society. In Matthew 15:21-28, we know how Jesus helped the daughter of a Canaanite woman.

Beloved youth! Let us extend help to those around us who are in various needs through the love of Jesus, without expecting any reward. Revelation 20:12 states: “And the dead were judged according to their works.” Let us remember that on God's final day of judgment, we will be judged according to our deeds. Like Jesus, let us act out of love and stand with the oppressed in the class arena.
